The Jiggery Pokery Parlour is a family business, Ali is mum and captain of the ship.
She spent the last two years meticulously restoring the Coventry Knight show trailer and creating the ice cream parlour with a lot of help from everybody.

“We owned the trailer for 15 years and after many adventures it had fallen into dereliction. I decided to breathe new life into the old girl, the roof had fallen in, the windows were gone and she looked fit for the scrap yard. I can only thank everybody who helped me, and kept the faith, from the bottom of my heart because after a lot of hard graft, the Jiggery Pokery Parlour was born!”
So here we are, ready for action , we’ve done a few festivals in our first year and its been great fun from beginning to end. Roll on the next season!
